"My Chrysler PT Crusier was overheating and pushing water right out of the overflow tank, I used your Dura-Seal and now I can drive all day without any overheating issues..."
Dura-Seal® custom mixes this no water-glass, no silicate formula exclusively for Chrysler engines with steel or aluminum cylinder heads. Other brands like; Blu-Devil, Bars, Steal Seal, Thermogazket, and more all use "silicates" & water-glass" as their main ingredient. "Water-glass" based sealers become brittle and hard when cured and cannot flex. Since aluminum engine parts expand & contract 33% more than steel, "water-glass" based sealers simply crack right-off the aluminum. Our Dura-Seal® Head Gasket Sealer is "polymer based" so it stays flexible and maintains the seal for up to 5 years...

Drain coolant system and run clean water through entire system. This will remove most contaminates. If you've used a water glass/silicate based sealer prior to using Dura-Seal®, you will need to purchase our "Water-glass Flush Agent" and remove the water-glass from your system, before using our sealer.
It's not required to remove thermostat as our sealer cannot cure or clog that area, but, if left-in, it will slow the process by restricting flow. Next, pour the Dura-Seal, and Extreme Powder Pack into radiator, (no radiator cap?) disconnect upper radiator hose from engine and pour sealer into hose (they will flow to radiator). Add water.
Idle engine for 20 minutes, turn off and let cool for 20 minutes, repeat this run-cycle three times. Next, drive vehicle for 20 minutes with sealer in system. Then, drain Dura-Seal® out. Later, refill with coolant and Dura-Seal® Liquid-Ice. First-time applications have a 98% success rate. Only 2% require a second *free application to achieve a full seal, (*which is covered under warranty, just call us to receive a second application within 30 days of purchase).
Dura-Seal® is simply more advanced than other brand. We custom formulate your kit to cure at your engine's temperature at the cylinder head. This prevents our sealer from curing in other areas, It can only cure in the cylinder area based on temperature. No other brand can offer you that! We have a *Money Back Guarantee and provide you with a Free Replacement Warranty if you need more sealer to then typical to achieve a full-seal, (*All universal head gasket repair kits, certain conditions like S/H may apply, see Terms). So if you don't get a full seal, call us and we'll send you another free application to get you to the finish line...
Your sealer is amazing! I had a really bad coolant external leak from between my cylinder head and block on my Chrysler PT Crusier. It would leak right down on to the ground! I used your sealer and within 20 minutes of idling the leak stopped! Great product...

I wanted to let you know, your head gasket sealer fixed my chrysler engine. My mechanic wanted to charge me 2800 dollars to replace the gasket but you guys fixed it for under 150 bucks! Thanks guys.
Roger - GA.
Wow your sealer is awesome. I used it and fixed my Chrysler 300 in just under 2 hours!!! It was overheating after driving about 20 miles. Now I can drive all day.

I have a pt crusier with an inline 6 cylinder engine. I had problems with losing power and the temperature gauge pegging out. I still did not know what was going on and it was puzzling. I went online, started googling head gasket sealant and found your DuraSeal. I decided to give it a try. Now my car drives well, good speed and not running hot anymore. Great stuff...

I was very skeptical about a fix in a bottle, but I'm now writing you a year later to say you guys have a great product. I purchased the Jeep Repair kit, followed the instructions to the letter and amazingly the product is still working 12 months later. I've only put about 18000 miles on my chrysler since, but it's STILL RUNNING!!! amazing. Worth every dollar. Thanks...
Dustin - FL.
I followed the instructions and WOW!!!!!!! I have a 2004 chrysler with a blown head gasket at only 83,000 miles. The vehicle had white smoke out the tailpipe and bubbling water coming out the overflow cap. It also had strong back pressure from the overflow hose. After one hour of using the product the back pressure was gone and the car started to idle like a new engine. The temp is steady at 190 and I test drove it and the car ran perfect. No more rough idle. No more back pressure. No more overheating.

I repaired my 2001 crusier engine with duraseal in 2010 and it’s still working after 70K miles. I tried this product and it was just amazing. I followed the directions and saw the temperature gauge stabilize to the normal area. I was skeptical but this product actually worked 100% and saved me a lot of money.
